Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. During high demand seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination. Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders once shipped. 

Packaging

Items are carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials to ensure safe arrival. As most of our items are antiques and one-of-a-kind, we take extra care in securing fragile pieces.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

International Shipping

We currently ship to US addresses ONLY.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once shipped, delivery times are in the hands of the carrier and may be affected by weather or holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is lost, please contact us - we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Local Pickup

Local pickup from the Buffalo, NY area is always accepted.
