Standing an impressive 19.5 inches tall, the vase features a richly marbled opaline glass body in swirling shades of deep raspberry, burgundy, cream, and white. The glass is surrounded by elaborate gilded régule mounts, including scrolling openwork handles, foliate embellishments, classical detailing, and an ornately decorated lower body and pedestal base.

The tall gilt neck is engraved with delicate floral decoration, while contrasting darker metal accents add depth and emphasize the elaborate architectural form.
